A good tool begins with good designs. Our engineers use state of the art computer and software to design all the products we make. Supported by Pro/Engineer and Unigraphics work stations, our engineers will take the initial conceptual design and produce 3D solid model within Pro/Engineer Advanced Design package. We use a wide array of solid modeling and surfacing tools to design and manufacture molds and dies. We can handle the most complex, contoured, cavities and cores. If it CAN be molded, we CAN design it!

Flow analysis is performed to verify manufacturability and optimize the molding process. Stress analysis is also performed to check integrity of structural designs.

Solid Model(3D) : UG, Pro/E (.x_t, .stp, .igs, .prt)                                                               

Drawings(2D):  AutoCAD(.dxf,.dwg) , Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), JPG.
